Yes. Reading, contributing, building a reputation, and publishing are free. Some future features, such as paid books and premium Vault tools, will be optional.

A Capsule is a focused, classified article on a claim. A Capsule Book is a long-form work (a novel, light novel, or manga) with a cover and chapters, read page by page.

Open your profile settings and request verification, then provide evidence of your academic or practical expertise. Both kinds of expertise are welcome.

Yes. Mark a capsule Private or Shared and it goes into your encrypted Vault, readable only by you and anyone you share it with.

Capsules are collaborative. The author and, for organisation capsules, authorised members can edit; every change is recorded in the capsule's Edit History.

Rankings are driven by the ratings your contributions earn from the community, so quality matters more than how much you post.

Click Create, choose Capsule Books, pick a type (Novel, Light Novel, Manga) and a Fiction or Non-fiction category, add a cover, and write a Chapter heading for each chapter.

Each chapter is made of pages, and in the editor a page is just a block of text: add a new text block to add the next page. Aim for around 300 words a page. Readers turn one page at a time and move to the next chapter only when a chapter is finished.

Yes. When creating a Capsule Book you can upload a PDF and Capsule lays the text into chapters and pages at the length you choose (Short, Standard, or Long), ready to edit. A manga PDF is brought in page by page as images instead, since manga is drawn rather than written.

Drafts in the menu, visible when you are signed in. It lists everything you have started but not published, plus anything waiting on an organization's approval. Drafts are private to you: they are kept out of search, the feeds, and the public API, and nobody else can open one even with the link.

If you belong to one, the create page asks Publish as: your organization or your own name. Under the organization the byline reads its name and the capsule appears on its page, with you still credited as the author. You can change it later from Edit.

It was published under an organization and you do not hold approval rights, so a director reviews it before it carries the organization's name. It waits on your Drafts page and is not public until approved. To publish now instead, switch Published as back to your own name.

Settings, then Notifications. There is a master switch for activity email and a separate switch for evidence, comments, invitations, and new followers. In app notifications keep working either way. Verification and password emails always send, because they are about your account's security.

Yes. Use the image button (with an optional crop) or the video button in the composer. You can also attach an image when starting a new thread, and click any posted image to view it full-screen.

Yes. You can delete your own posts and comments, and if you started a thread you can delete the entire thread, which removes its comments and likes too. We always ask you to confirm first.

No. We use only essential cookies (to keep you signed in and safe) and store your theme and environment preferences locally. There are no ads, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party targeting. See the Policy for details.

A small, collapsible timeline near the top of a capsule showing when it was first classified and every time its truth status has changed since, with the date, the reason, and who changed it. It is built from the recorded changes, so it is factual. Books do not have one.

Open the capsule and click the Embed button to copy a snippet. Paste it into your site to show a compact card with the capsule title and truth status that links back. On platforms with link previews, pasting the capsule address can expand it automatically.

Yes. There is a free, read only API for public capsules that returns each capsule with its classification, a confidence rating, sources, and confidence history. See the Developers page, linked in the footer. You can read it without a key, or create a free API key there for a higher rate limit.
